I want to share with you some of my favorite pictures from 2016!
There are so many I love it was hard to choose, and it makes me wish I had been doing this every year!
I'm so grateful to have been able to spend time watching these children and families grow and being able to document these special moments!
I love what I do, and looking at all of these makes me want to get out there and do more! Contact me for a session!
Another Blog Post I've been meaning to share! This family was excitedly awaiting the arrival of their new baby...which turned out to be a girl!
See you again next time!
This blog post is way overdue, I've been meaning to share my basement remodel since I turned it into a studio...before Christmas...eek! And haven't had a chance to share it yet, so here it is :)
It has made taking pictures over the winter so much more fun since we didn't get outside too much...not this year anyway, but hey we survived the Winter of 2014! (I think I want that on a T-shirt, don't you?!!)
I love having all my props for little ones close within reach, baskets, bowls, blankets, headbands, and more!
And now that Spring is here (I think!) I'm excited to get back outside some more and get some outdoor shots too! I hope you are all enjoying the milder weather and looking forward to summer, I know I am!
And a couple more fun pics to share that I've done there since I updated everything!
Thanks for checking it out!
I had such a fun session with the Brosamle Family the other day up at Fetsge Park in Cross Plains!
Beautiful family shot! I just love this one!
Brooklyn looking like a li'l cowgirl in her sassy boots!
Daddy teaching her how to blow kisses, so sweet!
Once the bubbles came out it was like I had a new 2 year old in front of the camera! Then she kept looking in my basket to see what I was going to bring out next :)
Watching her mommy blowing bubbles to her, love the look of wonder on her face!
By the end Brooklyn was like "I got this whole posing thing!" She liked that the crate was just her size!
It's so much fun getting to know kids this way and watching families interact and be themselves, that's when I get the best shots!
Here's a glimpse of some of the items and props I use when I do a photo shoot in my home.
I just did a session for a friend's 3 month old baby girl and it was so much fun! Grandma came along with to watch, and Raegan had multiple outfit changes and tried on many of my adorable headbands (so great to get to dress up a girl when I have a son, love it!!!)...and a few bottle feedings and diaper changes later, as with every baby session :) and our patience got us some really great shots!
She didn't like the crates and boxes very much, she was happiest on her back on a blanket, simple!
And here is the final product! Miss Raegan is such a sweetie!
